Jennifer Kim Field is the Chief Sustainability Officer for Henry Schein, Inc., the world’s largest provider of solutions for health care professionals, and Interim President of the Henry Schein Cares Foundation. She leads the Company’s global corporate citizenship and sustainability strategy, aligning it with long-term business growth. Jen works closely with the Company’s Board of Directors, Sustainability Committee, and Environmental Impact Council as well as key internal and external stakeholders to create shared value, which remains core to our business strategy of strengthening business operations, enhancing market competitiveness and delivering long-term growth. Her focus includes meeting our science-based targets, ensuring compliance with evolving global standards and regulations, and overseeing sustainability performance. She also oversees the global philanthropy team and programs to catalyze access to care for communities in need—focusing on wellness and prevention, advancing awareness of the oral-systemic link, supporting disaster preparedness and relief, and building capacity to empower health care professionals.
Jen brings over 25 years of experience to Henry Schein in the areas of business development, program management, strategic planning, corporate philanthropy and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Henry Schein, Jen worked at the United Nations Foundation where she led public-private partnerships with Fortune 500 companies in support of the UN. Jen hails from Alabama, where she acquired a taste for grits and fried catfish. She graduated from Bowdoin College and lives on Long Island with her husband and two children.
