Dental Innovators, Creators & Entrepreneurs (DICE)
Alyse O’Kelly completed her pre-doctoral training at The University of Pennsylvania in May 2020 where she earned her Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry. During her time at Penn Dental, she co-founded the first student-led oral health focused incubator called Dental Innovators, Creators and Entrepreneurs (DICE). She created this organization to support dental students in their pursuit of problem-solving and designing of businesses that address unmet needs in dentistry. To compliment these efforts, DICE holds a pitch competition and solicits resources to advance students’ start-up projects. Her undergraduate degree in business and experience as an entrepreneur motivated her to start DICE that has since expanded to other dental schools in the Northeast region. Dr. O’Kelly is currently committed to serving under-resourced populations in Lancaster and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at non-profit dental clinics.
