Abe Kasbo is Founder and CEO of Verasoni, a marketing communications advisory, consultancy, and agency. Founded in 2005, the innovative firm delivers meaningful, integrated marketing communications strategies to Fortune 500, middle-market, and startup clients in the US and around the world. Verasoni serves healthcare, banking and finance, professional services among other sectors. Abe serves as an advisor to C-Suite executives on strategic communications, branding, and public relations strategies. He is immediate past Chair and current board member of the Center of Innovation & Entrepreneurial Studies at Seton Hall University. Abe is Chair of Awareness Foundation America, supporting Awareness Foundation UK, which works to uplift the lives of children and families devastated by war in Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq. He served as Community Board Member for The Walt Disney Company’s live action movie, “Aladdin” starring Will Smith.
Abe founded Only One Toothbrush – a philanthropic effort to help improve the oral health of Syrian refugees in Germany. Abe partnered with the German Consulate in New York City and many generous companies including Colgate, Henry Schein, JALCO, The NBA Retired Players Association Houston Chapter among others. Through social media and focused press outreach, the effort quickly gained traction among thousands of generous individual donors from across the United States and yielded about 250,000 toothbrushes in one week to support the effort.

He has spoken at Princeton, Fordham, Yale, University of Michigan, Rice, Temple, among other universities and is a sought-after speaker on marketing and business topics including digital transformation, ecommerce, digital and social media, and business competitiveness.
Abe has been recognized by the Governor of Michigan as an Economic Bridge Builder in 2015. He was inducted into the Seton Hall University Entrepreneur Hall of Fame in September 2018 and holds a master’s degree in public administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Seton Hall University.
